• Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Curasept Gold Lux Luxury Whitening Toothpaste onto your Curasept toothbrush. Wet your Curasept toothbrush with water to help spread the toothpaste evenly and create a good lather. Place the toothbrush with the toothpaste in your mouth, ensuring the bristles are in contact with your teeth and gums. Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Make sure to clean all surfaces of your teeth, including the fronts, backs, and chewing surfaces, as well as your tongue and the roof of your mouth. Use gentle, circular motions to clean your teeth and gums thoroughly. Be mindful of not brushing too aggressively, as this can damage your teeth and gums.
