• Start with a clean face. Use your regular facial cleanser to remove any dirt, oil, or makeup. Squeeze an adequate amount of Cetaphil Sun SPF 50+ Very High Protection Light Gel onto your fingertips. You may need a quarter-sized amount for your face and neck. Dab small dots of the sunscreen onto various areas of your face—cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, and neck. Gently massage the sunscreen into your skin using upward and outward motions. Ensure even coverage across all areas of your face and neck. Pay special attention to areas that are more prone to sun exposure, like the nose, cheeks, and forehead. Apply sunscreen to your ears and neck as well, as these areas are often overlooked but still susceptible to sun damage. Remember to reapply the sunscreen every two hours or more frequently if you re sweating heavily or swimming.
