Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellation Policy – Zaitoon Pharmacy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Online purchases must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• In‑store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and tags.
• All accessories, parts, or freebies included with the product must be returned in full and in resalable condition.

2. Condition of Returned Items

• The item must be resalable—unused, clean, and in intact packaging.
• Gift items (e.g., free samples) must be returned if returning the main purchase; missing or used gift items may void the return.

3. Non‑Returnable Products

The following items are non‑returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory restrictions.

4. Returns & Inspection Process

For Online Orders:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return.
2. We will schedule a pickup.
3. Returned items undergo a quality assessment.
4. A refund or exchange is granted upon approval for in-store purchases.
5. Bring the item and original receipt to any Zaitoon Pharmacy within 7 days for inspection and processing.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the product and packaging.
• Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

6. Refund Method

• Online Purchases:
  Refunds are issued to your original payment method or credited to your Zaitoon Wallet. Unused wallet balance is auto-transferred to your bank account after 7 days.
• In‑Store Purchases:
  Refunded via a store credit note redeemable at any Zaitoon branch

7. ️ Gift Vouchers & Promotional Items

• Purchases made using gift vouchers are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
• Free promotional items tied to a purchase must be returned with the original product; otherwise, the return is refused.

8. Order Cancellation, Rights & Refusal

• Zaitoon Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, payment authorization failures, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory and compliance requirements.
• In the event of order cancellation, customers will be notified exclusively through an in-app notification. Any payment received will be refunded to the original method of payment or credited to the Zaitoon Wallet, as applicable.
• Zaitoon Pharmacy further reserves the right to decline any return or cancellation request that does not comply with the terms and conditions of this policy or fails the required inspection process.
• All decisions are made in accordance with internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards to ensure fairness and transparency.
