Panadol Cold and Flu All in One Tablet is used for the short-term relief of the symptoms of colds and flu, including mild to moderate pain, headache, blocked nose and sore throat, chills and fever, and for relief from chesty coughs. This is an all-in-one formula containing three ingredients namely: Paracetamol, Phenylephrine and Guaifenesin provide relief from cold and flu symptoms, as said earlier. Panadol Cold and Flu All in One Tablet is a combination of a pain reliever, expectorant and decongestant. Paracetamol is a pain reliever (analgesic) for pains including headache and sore throat and also helps reduce your temperature when you have a fever (antipyretic). Guaifenesin, which is an expectorant to help loosen mucus (phlegm) when you have a chesty cough. Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant used to reduce swelling in the passages of the nose to help you breathe more easily.

• Adults (including elderly) and children aged 12 years and over: Take two tablets. Repeat every four hours as necessary.
• Do not take more than 8 tablets (2000 mg Paracetamol, 800 mg Guaifenesin, 40 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride) in 24 hours. Minimum dosing interval is 4 hours. Do not take continuously for more than 5 days without medical advice.
