• Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Parodontax Gum + Breath & Sensitivity Original Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. Wet your toothbrush with water before applying the toothpaste. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes. Make sure to cover all surfaces of your teeth, including the fronts, backs, and chewing surfaces. Pay special attention to your gum line.
