Product Description

Profinal 400mg Tablets are oral NSAIDs containing ibuprofen. They are prescribed for relief of pain, inflammation, and fever in adults and adolescents.

Uses/Indications:

• Headache, toothache, earache, sore throat

• Muscle, joint, back, and neck pain

• Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea)

• Arthritis and rheumatic pain

• Fever and related discomfort

Dosage & Administration:

• Usual adult dose: one 400 mg tablet every 4–6 hours as needed

• Do not exceed 1200 mg in 24 h without medical supervision..

• Take with food or milk to reduce stomach irritation..

Precautions:

• Avoid use if allergic to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs.

• Use cautiously in those with gastric ulcers, kidney or liver disease, or cardiovascular conditions..

• Avoid use during late pregnancy (risk of fetal effects)..

Side Effects:

• Common: gastrointestinal upset, nausea, heartburn, dizziness 

• Serious (rare): GI bleeding, renal impairment, allergic reactions

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Keep tablets in blister until use.

• Keep out of reach of children.
