Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Ajman only.
Delivery to other Emirates is not yet available, but we are working on expanding our coverage.

Shipping Charges

• Delivery is completely free for all orders within Ajman.

• No minimum order value required

Payment Options at Delivery

We provide both payment methods at your doorstep:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• POS Machine (card payments accepted)

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and complete the payment using your preferred method.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM may be eligible for same-day dispatch.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Packaging and Handling

Your order will be packed with care to ensure product safety and hygiene.
Special attention is given to temperature-sensitive and fragile products.

Out-of-Stock Items

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or provide an estimated restock time.

Important Notes

• Deliveries are currently available in Ajman only.

• Orders with delivery addresses outside Ajman will not be accepted.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate.

• Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or unavailability may result in rescheduling or additional arrangements.
